“This pizza is phenomenal. I've been around to a handful of "top-notch" Neapolitans in LA, and this is legit the best one. The crust is amazing, and the toppings had good flavor- but exactly as described by the owners- it tasted fresh, authentic, and made with love.
I got the sausage/mushroom-Salsiccia.”

— Nolan G., San Dimas, CA

“I can't say enough about this family/business and their authentic delicious pizza! My daughter and I could not decide on a specific pizza, so we bought two. We ordered the Pesto Vegetarian and the Capricciosa with their homemade Burrata. Words can not describe the delicious bite from beginning to end! The sauces, flavors, and wait for it: CRUST!! I can't eat any other pizza ever again after having this REAL Italian pizza!”

— Lisa O., Pasadena, CA

“I was driving down arrow street and noticed these fire ovens from afar but wasn't really sure what it was so I decided to pull up.

I was surprised to see a pop-up pizza shop especially in this part of town. All their choices looked amazing and since I've never had burrata before I decided to add that to the pesto pizza.

The pizza was so delicious and I would recommend eating it on the spot while it's hot and crispy.

Will need to revisit and try their other dishes.”

— Martin L., West Covina, CA

“I have been passing by this place and finally I stopped to try their pizza. You can smell their Italian aroma afar. I ordered capricciosa , Marinara vegan and burrata. OMG! This is one of the best Italian pizzas I have ever tried. I ordered burrata separately and it was marvelous. You can add it to your pizza and it will melt in your pizza right away. It was so perfect. The time of waiting is around 20 minutes and it is totally worth it.”

— Nevin A., Covina CA

“REAL PIZZA, the best one that i have tried in L.A. and when i say real that means the bread is fantastic, the sauce delicate and the toppings are great quality. No pineapple on the toppings list, because is original Italian pizza, Bravo!”

— Boris R., West Covina, CA

Best pizza in LA, mark my words.

After catching them on IG, decided to pay a visit when they were at Alosta Brewing.

We ordered the pesto pizza with their homemade burrata. Trust, do not miss out on the burrata if it is available.

They are normally on Arrow Highway in Covina, and at various breweries during the weekends.

Check their IG @italiapastaepizza for their reschedule.

You will not be disappointed!

Superb authentic Napoletana pizza!

Legit Italian family that really takes pride in making you delicious and a very flavorful pie.

The crust is perfectly salted, chewy, subtly charred from the oven. This family's sauce is dialed in and very balanced.

Highly recommend if you can’t make it to Italy anytime soon, this is the spot to hold you over.

If you've never had this style of pizza get ready it'll awaken you and you'll never want any other pizza again.

Enjoy!”

— Caydie G., West Covina, CA

“Can't get any better than fresh, homemade delicious pizza at an affordable price. This place is very underrated. It's baffling to know you can find this level of quality of pizza on the streets of Covina. Authentic Italian flavors, great friendly staff, and high-quality ingredients. I will be definitely coming back and highly recommend it!”

— Matthew V., Azusa, CA

“Hands down best pizza in town. The first time I tried it and had an amazing experience and it keeps getting better. I had made a tiktok about them and got over 136.6k views!! I recommend them to everyone and anyone I know who lives in my area. I need a storefront in this area ASAP!!! I LOVE U GUYS!! Thank u!!!”

— Delilah P., Charter Oak, Glendora, CA

“First time trying today and I was impressed! I ordered the special they currently have and the Calzone, and it was amazing. I didn't catch the names of who was working but they were super friendly and the pizzas were done very fast.

There are a few tables available if you'd like to eat your pizza right away as well. 10/10 will be coming back soon to try more!!!

Hopefully one day they can open up a restaurant.”

— Maria A., CA

“We were fortunate enough to snag a couple of pies at Escape brewery in Redlands. I've never been to Italy and I've never had what would likely be considered authentic, Neapolitan pizza. But after having the privilege of tasting Antonio's pizza I now know how pizza is supposed to taste! The ingredients are unbelievably fresh. The dough is just unreal. The flavors aren't overwhelming and instead complement and blend with a diversity of textures for a flawlessly balanced experience. We followed these folks on Instagram just to be able to find them again soon!!”

— Teddy G., Redlands, CA

“This place is amazing, their pizza is some of the best I've ever had. Ivan and Rosaria are very nice as well and really put a lot of love and passion into their product, and it shows. Give them a try and you will be happy you did.

Forget all other pizza in the area, this is the best.”

— Julian I., Los Angeles, CA

“This spot is a MUST!!!! Pizza is delish... I've been wanting to hit this spot and I finally made it. I got 4 pizzas (the last ones) and let me tell you the fam loved it… The workers are so sweet which is a plus! Most definitely will be coming back.”

— Marlene M., Covina, CA

“My mom found this place randomly and it doesn't disappoint. I really recommend the simple margarita pizza. But I'll definitely try something else next time since all of it looks so good. I'm so happy to have authentic Italian pizza nearby!”

— Stephanie C., West Covina, CA

Easily the best and my most favorite pizza in town! Incredible family-owned small business and so charming.

The freshest ingredients, my favorite is the mushroom and sausage. The dough is so light, fluffy and delicious, and hand-tossed and shaped!

And each pizza is cooked perfectly in their portable fire grilling ovens.
Pesto pizza is easily my second fave!!!

They now offer fresh handmade burrata to their pizzas as well and it's phenomenal!!!

If you see them on the streets, events, or brewery pop-ups do yourself a huge favor and try them. You will not be disappointed!

— Kimberly R., Glendora, CA

“Absolutely delicious!! If you'd like to taste a little piece from Italy, this is your go-to place! As far as authenticity it is spot on! My husband, son, and I found this spot while driving down arrow Highway. We didn't think much of it but we are absolute pizza fanatics so we had to stop and try it. We were not disappointed! Pricing is great given the fact that some of their ingredients are imported from the motherland and they are working out in the open whether it's 50 degrees or 100 degrees! Be sure to say Ciao!!”

— Angelica L., Azusa, CA

“Spent weeks being tantalized by other's pictures so had to stop by and order a couple of pies myself. I had the Bianca which had a gooey glob of fresh burrata on top. This pizza was tasty, the crust was thin and fresh and came with that pizza oven crispiness and flavor. I will come here again. They can only make 2 pizzas at a time, so come prepared to wait, they are popular because they are good. The cashier was friendly (they do take cards). Definitely worth the try despite being a tiny stand on the side of the road. Definitely recommend.”

— Julie H., Rancho Cucamonga, CA

“Excellent pizza!!! Burrata is handmade and so stinking delicious. I'm obsessed with good pizza...raised in NJ by Italians, which makes me a bit of a pizza snob. Living in SoCal is wonderful...except for finding good...real...authentic pizza. This is beyond good. And the family is so friendly. Go!! Whenever they're open! Don't let them out of our sight, it's the only good pizza around!”

— Tina M., Monterey Park, CA

Sooo good!

And very fresh ingredients!

Would def recommend.

Sizes are good for two people to enjoy one pizza but why would you?

Get two and taste them both!

Pesto pizza with homemade burrata and diavolo pizza - Italia Paste e Pizza

“This pizza is so good I don't even know where to begin: The crust, the sauce, the cheese ... Oh man the cheese. You need to add some of the house-made burrata. It's a $6 charge but so worth it. The sprig of fresh basil on top. The lady spoke mostly Italian and some broken English (which instantly confirmed I was in the right place). I've found my new favorite pizza spot ever. Please buy pizza here, I want them to stay open and expand. This is one of those shops that you'll see popping up as an enormously successful franchise years later as long as they receive the support they deserve from our community. Stop hesitating and go try it!”

— Daniel D., Los Angeles, CA

“Omg! My mouth is still doing somersaults. While we're true NY pizza diehards, this Neapolitan pizza is amazing in its own ways. Chewy charred crust with the freshest ingredients. Oh and that burrata!!! Words cannot describe the true quality of an exceptional pizza. Must try to believe it!!!”

— Tran H., Azusa, CA

You won’t regret it!

Man oh, man.

Who ever thought there would be authentic Neapolitan pizza in the Covina area!

The pizza is simply incredible. The sauce is so good, has that imported sweet tomato (maybe San Marzano???) taste that is delicious.

The dough is so good I want to just order a pie with just sauce(gravy) and dough haha If you've passed this pop-up on the arrow and haven't stopped yet, do yourself a favor and stop!

You won't regret it!

— Vince J., Glendora, CA

“Absolutely delicious! Best pizza we have tasted in a long time.”

— Ashley Kennedy

“Just had the pesto pizza with burrata and it was amazing”

— Michele L.

“I've been following them for about 3 months now. I'm so impressed with this pizza. I've tried a few. All have gone above my expectations. I love pizza and this is by far my favorite. It tastes like expensive boutique pizza restaurants.

The flavor is exceptional. I'm so happy I found them. I wish they'd come and set up in San Dimas more.”

— Kim L., San Dimas, CA

“Served hot, fresh ingredients, and tastes absolutely delicious!”

— Melissa Miyuki Foutz

— Nica T.A.

“Hands down, delicious pizza!!!!!

You will not be disappointed.

They make the best pizza around. Wonderful crust. Beautiful sauce!

Cannot wait to go back and bring family & friends! You have to try this pizza!!!”

— Sonia L., West Covina, CA

“Saw a post on IG, headed over to the pop-up stand on Arrow Highway. Looked at the menu a bit and ordered a couple of pies.

It was between lunch and dinner so they weren’t too busy. I wasn’t watching the clock but my pizzas were ready in about 15 minutes or so.

Pizzas looked great, nice and hot, fresh out of the oven, but I really knew they were something special when I got them in the car.

Almost immediately my car was filled with the mouth-watering aroma of these pies. We’ve all driven around with a pizza in the car at one time or another but these pies smelled SO GOOD. I could immediately tell these pizzas weren’t any run-of-the-mill corporate franchise pizzas, these pies were ART.

Someone put a lot of thought into these ingredients, paid a lot of attention to how they would come together, and put a lot of love into making it happen.

When I finally got home these pizzas were gone in less time than it took to make them, and they did not disappoint!”

— Zeke L.

“If you haven't already gone, do yourself a favor and go and give them a try! Their pizzas are simply delicious, don't forget to try the Burrata...OMG!! Amazing!”

— Patricia E.
